He and his colleagues have been actively involved in the successful conservation of the southern Red Sea’s fringe reefs. We are lucky to be visiting Marsa Shagra from 13th – 20th October, on Scubadive West’s 2010 Red Sea Dive Holiday. Places still remain.

Sunday’s drift dive lived up to its reputation, sweeping our intrepid divers along at record speeds. Fortunately, Streamstown Bay basked in sunlight throughout the adventure. The excellent visibility underwater meant that divers could literally see what was around the next bend. Some divers opted to just sit back and go with the flow, while certain ‘speed junkies’ swam hard with the current ensuring their position on the ‘Speed Leader Board’! All in all, each diver had fantastic fun while undertaking two runs on this underwater rollercoaster. Our next Streamstown Drift Dive takes place during the afternoon of Friday 30th April.
