Today’s stunning boat dives were to the submerged reef of Llechog Preachan in the morning and the wreck of the Julia T in the afternoon. The underwater visibility was a crisp clear 15 to 20 metres. The marine life is buzzing with the return of the Ballan Wrasse from it’s deep water over-wintering grounds far offshore, and at last the water temperature is into double figures!
The wreck of the Julia T sits bolt upright in 27 metres of water on golden sand with the dive boat ‘Marlin’ visible at the surface above.
